1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use a cry99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged 18–20 are not eligible to register regardless of local law. cry99 has adopted a stricter minimum age policy in the interests of player protection.
  • You must be accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from using online gambling platforms.

Players who are found to have been under 21 at the time of registration will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered cry99 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or using different names to circumvent a restriction — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. cry99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

  • Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services. cry99 recommends a password of at least 12 characters combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced protection — this is optional but strongly recommended for all Bangladesh players.
  • Notify cry99 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised.
  • Do not access your cry99 account from a shared or public device. If you must do so, ensure you log out completely after each session and that no password or credentials are saved to the browser.

KYC Identity Verification

cry99 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

cry99 accepts deposits from the following payment methods for Bangladesh players. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party sources — that is, accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited.

  • bKash — minimum deposit ৳200, credited within 30–60 seconds of transaction confirmation.
  • Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200, credited within 30–60 seconds of transaction confirmation.
  • Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) and Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500, processing time 1–5 business hours depending on the method and time of day.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified cry99 accounts are subject to the following conditions:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
  • KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
  • Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.
  • Withdrawals must be made to an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. cry99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

cry99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of an identity verification or fraud investigation. Where a withdrawal is declined on fraud grounds, the player will be notified and the relevant funds will be held pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on cry99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Amounts displayed on the platform are in BDT. If you access the platform using a device or network configured to display a different currency, the displayed amounts may vary; in all cases the BDT amount recorded in your cry99 account is the authoritative figure. cry99 does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Players using international cards that process in a foreign currency may be subject to conversion fees charged by their card issuer — this is outside cry99's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

cry99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions tied to cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh cultural occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which supplement and take precedence over the general bonus rules set out in this section where they conflict.

General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms for an individual offer state otherwise:

  • Each player may claim each bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim the same offer more than once through multiple accounts, new registrations, or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all bonus funds being voided and the account being suspended.
  • The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement. This means the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any withdrawal from the bonus-linked balance is permitted. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit matched with a ৳1,000 bonus creates a ৳2,000 balance subject to a ৳40,000 wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • Bonus wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within this period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
  • Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% only on settled bets with odds of 1.50 or above. Crash games contribute 100%.   • cry99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, the player will retain any real-money balance accrued through wagering but the bonus funds and any winnings attributable solely to bonus play will be removed.

Responsible Use of Bonuses

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Account Suspension and Termination

cry99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age fraud, multiple account registration, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by cry99's compliance team.
  • Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity in connection with the player account.
  • A request by the player for self-exclusion or permanent account closure.
  • A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring cry99 to close or restrict the account.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the withheld balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited in full. Players have the right to appeal an account closure decision by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and other materials available on the cry99 platform are the intellectual property of cry99 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any of cry99's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any content on the cry99 platform without prior written permission from cry99.

The cry99 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of cry99. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including use in third-party websites, social media profiles, marketing materials, or any other context in a manner likely to cause confusion or suggest an affiliation with cry99 — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cry99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of or inability to use the cry99 platform, including but not limited to direct losses from wagering, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, cry99 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Interruptions to the cry99 platform caused by technical failures, third-party service provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance. cry99 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible following any disruption.
  • Losses resulting from game malfunctions. If a game malfunctions during play, all bets placed during the malfunction will be void and all stakes returned to the player's account. No additional compensation will be payable.
  • Delays in payment processing caused by the payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, or any bank). cry99's processing obligation is considered fulfilled upon successful submission of the payment instruction to the payment service provider; delays that occur within the provider's own infrastructure are outside cry99's control.
  • Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

cry99 collects, stores, and processes personal data about registered players as part of its normal platform operation, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. By registering a cry99 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days subject to any legal retention obligations that require cry99 to retain certain categories of data for a defined period.

12. Amendments to These Terms

cry99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects the rights or obligations of players, cry99 will provide at least 7 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, either by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending an email or SMS notification to registered players at their registered contact details.

Minor amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, and updates to reflect changes in the game library or payment provider list — may be made without advance notice.
